How To Order

Information For New Customers

If this is the first time that you have placed an order on this website, please go to sign up (found in the top right and corner of the homepage) and open a shopping cart. This makes sure that your shopping cart (often also known as a shopping basket) is unique to you.
Next time you return to the site, you can just log in to see items you have put in your basket, your order history and you can also send messages or questions to us through your own shopping cart system.

As you browse through our online store, enter the quantity of the items you wish to purchase, any colour options, size options, etc as offered on each page and click add to your basket (your shopping cart).
When you have finished shopping, go to your Basket (on the top right hand side of the page or view basket after each item ordered) and view your selections.
You can make any changes you want to here.
If you pay using a credit or debit card or using your Paypal balance you will be able to tell us if you want your order delivered to a different address by including a message in the send message to seller box.
If you opt to pay by cheque or postal order, you can amend the postal address on this form or add a message in the message box. Please make cheques and postal orders payable to David Addis
If your purchase is a gift, you can request that the invoice is not included in the parcel to the recipient.

Order By Telephone

We are currently unable to take payments over the phone.

Out Of Stock Items

You may order items that are currently out of stock. You will see that some items are labelled non-stock items or special order items. These items are ordered from our suppliers for you, you can find out more information about non-stock and special order items by clicking on the link at the bottom of the homepage or on each item page.

Special order items and non stock items

Some of our items are made to order and can be customised to your requirements, these items are deemed special order items, other items that are ordered from our suppliers especially on your behalf are deemed non-stock items.

Delivery Charges

Our postage costs are carefully calculated and when you purchase more than one item in your order, a discount is automatically applied, the total will appear when you look at your shopping cart (basket).

Payment Methods

You can pay using your credit or debit card online.
Payment can also be made by cheque drawn on a UK bank, postal order (in the UK only) or using your Paypal balance if you have a Paypal account.
Credit and debit card payments are processed using Paypals secure online payment processor. This is a secure payment method and you do not need to be a member of Paypal to make a payment.
